HAPP is developed in my spare time and all code is provided under the GNU General Public License for anyone to review, use, clone or adapt as they see fit. 

While I am trying to spend more of my time working on HAPP and other #WeAreNotWaiting projects time is limited and there is only so much I can action. There are many ways you can assist with the development of HAPP as detailed on in the HAPP GitHub Wiki.
